Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of beauty professionals.
- Oversee client bookings, staff schedules, and salon inventory.
- Handle client concerns, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage financials including budgeting, payroll, and sales reporting.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and keeping up with stock levels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Computer literate and fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in salon or beauty management.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management expertise.
- Proficiency in salon management software and basic financial reporting.
- A passion for beauty and wellness with knowledge of current trends and treatment.
