Are you a skilled and compassionate therapist with a passion for wellness and providing relaxing experiences? Grand Ixora Kuta Resort, a serene oasis located in the heart of Kuta, Bali, is currently seeking a dedicated Daily Worker Spa Therapist to join our professional Spa & Wellness team.
Position: DAILY WORKER SPA THERAPIST
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages (Balinese, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.), body scrubs, and other spa therapies as per standard operating procedures.
- Greet guests warmly and conduct thorough consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide professional and personalized recommendations for treatments and products.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared before and after each session.
- Maintain a calming and relaxing atmosphere in the spa area.
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
General Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Good personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist is preferred.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Possess relevant certifications or training in various massage techniques and spa treatments.
- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and spa product benefits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
