Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Greet clients and give them welcome drinks.
- Book and confirm clients via WhatsApp and our booking system.
- Process payments (cash and card).
- Help restock beauty rooms.
- Promote products and treatments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must speak and write good English.
- Organized, responsible, and attentive.
- Polite, well-spoken with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive and motivated attitude.
- Able to deal with customer complaints.
- Well-groomed and presented.
- Must be willing to learn new information.
- Team player.
