Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years professional hairdressing experience
- Proficient in performing hair treatments including:
- Creambath
- Hair spa
- Hair mask applications
- Skilled in hair styling and blow-dry techniques
- Experience using Davines and Olaplex products
- Women’s haircut experience (preferred)
- Fluent in English for client communication
Technical Skills Required:
- Advanced hair treatment application
- Precision cutting and styling techniques
- Knowledge of premium haircare products
- Ability to recommend personalized treatments
Employment Package:
- Base salary: IDR 4,500,000
- Meal allowance provided
- 15% commission per service performed
