WAITER/WAITRESS
Zia Tina Eatery is bringing a taste of Italy to Bali with our Masseria-inspired concept. We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Front-of-House team as WAITER/WAITRESS for our exciting new restaurant opening! If you have experience in food and beverage service, strong motivation, and a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences, we invite you to apply!
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related positions.
- Hotel or Restaurants background is required.
- Strong motivation and willing to work as a team or individual.
- Well-groomed and motivated.
- Able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Waiter/Waitress, your key responsibilities will include:
- Warmly greeting guests and assisting them with seating.
- Presenting menus, providing detailed information about dishes and beverages, and making recommendations.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
- Serving meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and responding to requests or concerns.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Processing guest payments accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborating with the FOH and kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
