Waiter/Waitress at NGETIS VILLA, Sidemen, Bali! (New Property Coming Soon in Sidemen)
Job Description:
The Waiter/Waitress is the primary link between the kitchen and our guests, responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service. Duties include taking guest orders accurately, serving meals and drinks (including floating breakfast and in-villa dining), clearing tables, handling guest requests, and ensuring the highest standards of courtesy and efficiency in all service interactions.
Requirements:
- Service Experience: Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a hotel or villa F&B setting.
- Order & Serving Skills: Proficient in order-taking, setting up tables/service areas, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to engage politely with guests and accurately communicate orders in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Guest Focus: Friendly, energetic, dan highly attentive to guest needs, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
- Teamwork: Able to work well with the Kitchen/Cook, Bar Waiter, and other staff.
