Work Arrangement:
- Flexible hours.
- Mostly remote.
- Always ready when guests need you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum as Assistant FOM (Front Office Manager) in a 4-star hotel.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work Ethic: Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Language: Fluent in English (must-have).
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of how to use booking systems or OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- Location: Live near Pecatu or know the area well.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Packages: 6-8 Million IDR.
- BPJS.
- Service Charge.
- Meal.
