Spacious Bali is seeking a passionate and dedicated Villa Manager to join our team in Uluwatu! If you can join immediately, have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field, possess proven experience in hospitality management, an exceptional ability to provide high-quality guest service with attention to detail and anticipation of guests’ needs, strong leadership and people management skills capable of motivating and directing staff, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with guests, staff, and vendors, we invite you to lead our villa operations and create unforgettable experiences.
Requirements:
- Can join immediately.
- Min. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in hospitality management.
- Exceptional ability to provide high-quality guest service with attention to detail and anticipation of guests’ needs.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of motivating and directing staff.
