Job Description:
An exciting opportunity awaits to be part of the opening team for NGETIS VILLA, a beautiful new property nestled in the serene area of Sidemen. As the Villa Leader, you will be the key operational head, responsible for overseeing all villa operations, managing the team, ensuring high-quality guest service, and maintaining villa standards. You will act as the main point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay for all guests.
Requirements:
- Hospitality Experience: Proven experience and a strong understanding of villa operations, including guest service tasks, housekeeping, and maintenance oversight.
- Communication & Leadership: Able to communicate clearly and politely with guests and lead staff effectively, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Guest Focus: Friendly, helpful, and attentive to guest needs at all times, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork: Able to work well with all staff, manage a team, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Dedication: Trustworthy and dedicated to maintaining and enforcing high villa standards.
