Puri Santrian, a modern Balinese 4-star resort strategically positioned on the beach at the tranquil southern end of Sanur, is seeking an articulate Telephone Operator to join our front office team! If you have experience in a similar position in a 4-star resort, possess excellent spoken and written English skills, a well-groomed appearance, and strong interpersonal abilities, we invite you to be the welcoming voice of our resort, connecting guests and departments with efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar position in a 4-star resort.
- Excellent English skills both spoken and written.
- Well-groomed and good personality.
- A strong work ethic, team player and good interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with great time management skills.
Your Role as Telephone Operator:
- Answering and directing all incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
- Providing information to guests and external callers about resort services and facilities.
- Handling guest requests and forwarding messages accurately.
- Managing wake-up calls and other guest service calls.
- Maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Collaborating with the Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
