Telephone Operator at Finns Beach Club!
FINNS Beach Club is thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS Beach Club. As a Telephone Operator at FINNS, you are the first voice and point of contact for guests and callers. You are responsible for professionally handling all incoming and outgoing calls, delivering accurate information, and ensuring smooth communication across departments while upholding FINNS’ high standards of service and guest satisfaction, and style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information regarding reservations, promotions, and general guest inquiries.
- Check the booking system for availability and answer general questions about reservations.
- Assist with minor reservation amendments such as: verifying guest details or confirming booking status.
- Respond to the guest inquiries via WhatsApp, Direct Messages (DMs), WeChat, Google Reviews, and Tripadvisor.
- Monitor and input guest reviews into the designated Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
- Notify Supervisor or above about complex requests, escalations of cases, and negative reviews which require immediate attention.
- Ensure all lost and found inquiries are followed up until solved by coordinating with the Operational team.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telephone operator, receptionist, or in customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Pleasant voice and clear pronunciation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with telephone systems and basic computer skills.
