NYANYI BALI DEVELOPMENT is seeking a meticulous and experienced Supervisor Housekeeping to join our team in Tabanan. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, responsible for organizing, training, and motivating the housekeeping team to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
Job Description:
- Organizing employee shifts, training, and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness.
- Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Checking all public areas, such as class rooms, offices, toilets, etc., for cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the same position.
- Good English, excellent communication skills and computer literate, good personality, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
- Willing to be placed in Tabanan, Bali.
