The Dapur, located in the vibrant Nuanu Creative City, is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to help lead our expanding culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career and create meaningful culinary experiences with a focus on Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar senior culinary role (e.g., Sous Chef, Senior CDP).
- Passionate about food and kitchen operations, especially Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A team player who can motivate and guide the kitchen staff.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in Nuanu, Tabanan.
