The Forge Gastropub is expanding, and we are looking for exceptional Servers to elevate our guest dining experience! If you have relevant experience, excellent communication skills, a well-groomed appearance, and thrive under pressure in a busy environment, we invite you to join our dynamic team in Bali!
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience for the position applied is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and confident presence.
- Detail and goal oriented.
- Able to perform under high pressure in busy environment.
- Able to work full-time including some evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Your Role as Our Server:
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving meals and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
- Ensuring dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Handling guest requests and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service delivery.
- Processing payments accurately.
