SERVER
Dharma Restaurant, located in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali, is seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our front-of-house team as a SERVER. If you have experience in food and beverage service, possess strong communication skills, and are dedicated to providing excellent guest experiences, we invite you to apply!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Reliable and disciplined work ethic.
- Good communication skills for customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Server, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with seating.
- Presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverages, and taking accurate orders.
- Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently to guests.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by checking in frequently and addressing any needs or concerns.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
