Senior Accountant
The Bali Houses is a real estate company assisting Dutch investors with property investments in Bali. We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting and tax matters for approximately 40 clients. This crucial role focuses on rental income reporting and ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma (D4) degree in Accountant.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting and taxation experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, etc.).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance (monthly and yearly reports).
- High attention to detail, reliable, and ethical.
- Strong sense of responsibility, high initiative, and proactive attitude.
Working Conditions:
- Willing to work with foreign clients and multinational teams.
- Open to junior candidates with support from an external legal team.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll for multiple clients.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly and yearly financial statements and reports.
- Ensuring accurate and timely rental income reporting for Dutch investors.
- Guaranteeing full compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations, including monthly and annual tax filings.
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial data.
- Collaborating with external legal teams to ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing internal accounting controls and procedures.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to management.
