Security Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
As Security Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising the security team to ensure effective implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Overseeing the safety and security of all guests, staff, and club property.
- Conducting regular patrols and monitoring surveillance systems to identify and address potential risks.
- Responding swiftly and professionally to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily security activities, incidents, and investigations.
- Training and mentoring junior security staff.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Managing crowd control and entry/exit points during peak hours or special events.
