Position Overview:
Pertama Property Management specializes in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences by blending luxury and authenticity. We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team in Kerobokan, responsible for identifying and onboarding premium properties that meet our operational and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for potential property management clients
- Conduct property assessments and evaluate suitability for management
- Document property conditions through photos and detailed reports
- Maintain accurate client and property records in Excel
- Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Legal teams
- Ensure complete and updated owner folders and databases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple leads
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Motorbike license and ability to visit properties
- Knowledge of Bali property/hospitality market preferred
- Sales experience (real estate/rental) is advantageous
