We are looking for a qualified & dynamic Sales Manager to join our success team! If you are a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with experience in the hospitality sector, a strong ability to build relationships, and excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Has experience at the same position min. 1-2 years.
- Familiar with VHP.
- Discipline, Team Work, Groomed.
- Excellent English in both written and spoken.
- Able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the resort.
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and partnerships, especially with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Conducting sales presentations and site inspections to potential clients.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals effectively.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and providing feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Participating in sales calls, trade shows, and industry events.
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts accurately.
