Position Overview:

Leadership role overseeing sales team for premium real estate development projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor team of sales executives across multiple developments
  • Establish and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and closing metrics
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations
  • Maintain CRM system integrity and sales pipeline management
  • Collaborate with Sales Director on pricing strategies and inventory planning
  • Coordinate with marketing team on campaign alignment
  • Facilitate high-value client negotiations and closings
  • Ensure compliance with sales protocols and brand standards

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years real estate sales experience (off-plan properties preferred)
  • 1-2 years in sales leadership/management role
  • Expertise in investment structures and international buyer expectations
  • Proven team management and performance tracking abilities
  • Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
