Position Overview:
Leadership role overseeing sales team for premium real estate development projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor team of sales executives across multiple developments
- Establish and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and closing metrics
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations
- Maintain CRM system integrity and sales pipeline management
- Collaborate with Sales Director on pricing strategies and inventory planning
- Coordinate with marketing team on campaign alignment
- Facilitate high-value client negotiations and closings
- Ensure compliance with sales protocols and brand standards
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years real estate sales experience (off-plan properties preferred)
- 1-2 years in sales leadership/management role
- Expertise in investment structures and international buyer expectations
- Proven team management and performance tracking abilities
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
