Covita is currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone experienced in sales and passionate about driving growth in the food & beverage or FMCG sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across supermarkets, stores, gyms, cafes, and marketplaces.
- Identify and approach new potential B2B clients (retailers, distributors, partners).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, report results, and propose improvements.
- Coordinate with the operational team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Prepare and send product offers, pricing, and promotional materials to clients.
- Attend meetings, events, and presentations to promote Covita products.
- Update and manage CRM or internal sales tracking tools.
- Gather market feedback and support product development with insights from customers.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and build B2B relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Must have own transportation and be able to commute daily.
- Available to work Monday–Saturday (6 days/week).
