Finns Beach Club is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven ability to build rapport and close deals. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with information, addressing their needs, meeting them, showing around the offers, and guiding them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound inquiries received via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Present product or service information, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Generate and deliver accurate sales quotes and proposals.
- Effectively manage and track leads using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and industry trends.
