Position Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hospitality, villas, or 5-star hotels
- Exceptional attention to detail and guest service orientation
- Discreet, well-groomed, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Team player who supports smooth villa operations
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms/villas
- Ensure all rooms meet luxury hospitality standards
- Replenish amenities and supplies
- Coordinate with other departments for guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
