We are seeking an experienced and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee our daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Job Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervising and guiding the restaurant staff, including training new team members.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements.
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any service-related issues promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and ambiance of the dining area.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
