Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: The Ubud Village Resort & Spa, Ubud – Bali
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our professional team at The Ubud Village Resort & Spa, a serene hideaway in Ubud surrounded by lush terraced rice fields.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain food and beverage standards and compliance with health regulations
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and budgeting
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Energetic, professional, and guest-oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Available to join immediately
