Are you a highly experienced and strategic Restaurant Manager with a proven track record of at least 5 years in a high-end Chinese Restaurant? Ocean Dynasty, a prestigious dining destination, is seeking an exceptional leader to manage our restaurant operations in Kuta, Bali!
Job Description:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient team management, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence. Your role will be crucial in upholding our reputation and delivering a premium dining experience.
What We’re Looking For (General Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role minimum 5 years in a high-end Chinese Restaurant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Proven ability in team management, guest service excellence, and daily operations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or English is an advantage.
