Lola’s Cantina Mexicana in Canggu is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and elevate the dining experience. If you are a passionate leader with a proven track record in restaurant operations, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to create a memorable atmosphere, we invite you to join us!
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Restaurant Managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in English.
- Proficient in managing restaurant operations, including P&L, inventory, and quality control.
- Available to join immediately and ready to be deployed in the Canggu area.
