Grand Seminyak Lifestyle Boutique Bali Resort, a stylish beachfront resort located in the prime area of Seminyak, is seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to lead our team!
Job Description:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily F&B service operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency. You will lead by example in providing excellent guest service, handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, and coordinate staffing, scheduling, and team performance. Your role includes training and developing team members to uphold service standards, managing costs, monitoring inventory, and supporting budget targets. You will also ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and legal standards, support and execute special events and activations, and maintain high standards of outlet presentation and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory F&B role, preferably in a beach club, day club, luxury resort, or upscale restaurant/bar.
- Strong background in restaurant operations, guest service, and team leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams (servers, bartenders, hosts, support staff).
- Experience in coordinating events such as brunches or DJ sessions is highly preferred.
- Skilled in handling daily operations, guest complaints, and ensuring smooth service.
- Hands-on leader with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise large teams.
- Strong passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory systems.
- Proficient in POS, scheduling tools, and reporting software.
- Knowledgeable in hygiene, safety regulations, and licensing compliance.
- Energetic, well-presented, service-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and under pressure.
- English proficiency required; other languages are a plus.
