LAVA Gastrobar is seeking an outstanding Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant’s operations, ensuring high standards of service, and driving a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-5 years in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
