- Has experience at the same position min. 1-2 years.
- Discipline, Team Work, Groomed.
- Excellent English in both written and spoken.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Resort Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all daily operations of the resort, ensuring efficiency and high standards across all departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Spa, etc.).
- Leading, motivating, and managing a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to maximize guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
- Managing budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to promote the resort and drive bookings.
- Maintaining the resort’s luxury standards and unique ambiance.
