RESERVATION
Supala Villa Management, sebuah perusahaan manajemen villa, sedang mencari individu yang teliti dan berorientasi pada detail untuk bergabung dengan tim kami sebagai Reservation Staff. Requirements:
- Minimum education of Diploma (preferably in Tourism/Hospitality).
- Have experience as a reservation for at least 1 year (preferred).
- Good English language and communication skills.
- Strong at OTA and reservation knowledge.
- Honest, agile, and detail-oriented.
- Ready to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities: As a Reservation Staff, you will be responsible for managing all reservation inquiries, processing bookings through various channels (including OTAs), and ensuring accurate and efficient reservation procedures. You will communicate effectively with guests and internal teams to provide excellent service and contribute to maximizing occupancy.
