We are looking for a qualified & dynamic Reservation professional to join our success team! If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in hotel reservations, we invite you to apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Has experience at the same position min. 1-2 years.
- Familiar with VHP.
- Discipline, Team Work, Groomed.
- Excellent English in both written and spoken.
- Able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Reservation agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.
- Processing new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the VHP system.
- Providing detailed information about resort facilities, room types, rates, and promotions to potential guests.
- Maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintaining accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
- Collaborating with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Resolving any reservation-related issues or discrepancies efficiently.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports as required.
