Requirements:
- Has experience in a similar position.
- Good English language skills are preferable.
- Strong G.A.D. (Guest Arrival Data) and Opera Agent knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of upselling techniques.
- Familiar with social media marketing.
- Loyal, honest, and high motivation.
- Familiar with M. Excel, Outlook Express, email, and Word.
