Job Description:
As a Receptionist Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our spa, providing a warm welcome, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a well-groomed and professional appearance, and a friendly, warm, and service-oriented personality. Familiarity with reservation systems and spa services is essential.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in hospitality or customer service
