Mirah Developments is Hiring a Project Sales Executive

Position Overview:

Specialized sales role managing all aspects of property development project sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete sales cycle for assigned development project
  • Serve as primary contact for prospective buyers and investors
  • Deliver customized sales presentations (virtual and in-person)
  • Develop and maintain client/agent relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies
  • Provide sales performance analytics and market feedback
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
  • Coordinate transaction processes with legal and operations teams

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years real estate/investment sales experience (Bali/regional preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of development processes
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Self-directed with strong organizational abilities
  • CRM system proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
