Position Overview:
Specialized sales role managing all aspects of property development project sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete sales cycle for assigned development project
- Serve as primary contact for prospective buyers and investors
- Deliver customized sales presentations (virtual and in-person)
- Develop and maintain client/agent relationships
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies
- Provide sales performance analytics and market feedback
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
- Coordinate transaction processes with legal and operations teams
Qualifications:
- 2+ years real estate/investment sales experience (Bali/regional preferred)
- Thorough understanding of development processes
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
- Self-directed with strong organizational abilities
- CRM system proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
