Position Overview:
Specialized role managing sales for Chinese-speaking investors in property development projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete sales process for designated development projects
- Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients
- Conduct presentations and property tours in Mandarin
- Provide culturally attuned service throughout buyer journey
- Collaborate with marketing on China-focused campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions
- Coordinate transactions with legal and finance departments
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years real estate/investment sales experience
- Deep understanding of Chinese investor preferences
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
- CRM system proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
