Pastry Chef at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach!
Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach is looking for an excellent professional to join our team as a Pastry Chef.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role (preferably in a 5-star hotel).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability in menu development and innovation according to culinary trends.
- Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques, including breads, cakes, tarts, desserts, chocolate, sugar art, and cake decoration.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written), other languages are an advantage.
- Computer literate (MS Office, hotel systems).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- For Indonesia citizen only.
