Job Responsibilities:
- Teach English to students through engaging lessons and activities.
- Conduct regular storytelling sessions.
- Facilitate engaging and creative learning activities in English.
- Facilitate hands-on activities that integrate language learning with creativity and exploration.
- Guide students toward fun learning goals such as creating and performing short English dramas, exhibitions, or similar projects.
- Create a warm, unique, fun, engaging, and welcoming culture by meaningfully connecting with parents and children to ensure a positive experience during school visits.
- Collaborate with the team to plan lessons and monitor student progress.
- Maintain a safe, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (native speaker or equivalent level).
- Cheerful, outgoing personality who enjoys entertaining and connecting with both children and parents.
- Confident and creative in storytelling and interactive language activities.
- Able to design fun, goal-oriented lessons and projects.
- Holds a valid KITAS (work or volunteer) for legal stay and work in Indonesia.
- Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, Montessori, or national teaching license) is a plus.
- Open to working 3–4 hours per day (4 days a week), depending on the schedule.
