Lopodo Cafe & Catering is looking for an outstanding candidate to join and grow with us as an Operations and Partnership Manager.
Job Description
- Develop and manage partnerships and business relationships.
- Create, evaluate, and close deals with potential partners.
- Organize and oversee events in line with the brand strategy.
- Supervise design, merchandising, and visual aspects to maintain high standards.
- Optimize and document business processes, including franchise development.
- Supervise staff and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations management.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong aesthetic sense, with experience in design or merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
