Nail & Eyelash Supervisor at Korra Spa Berawa!
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory position within the beauty industry.
- Strong technical skills in nail treatments including manicure, pedicure, gel polish, nail art, and nail extensions.
- Proficient in eyelash services including classic, volume, hybrid extensions, lash lift, and brow lamination.
- Experienced in managing daily operations, therapist schedules, and treatment quality control.
- Able to lead, supervise, and motivate a team effectively.
- Capable of conducting basic skills training for new therapists.
- Understands hygiene and safety protocols for nail and eyelash treatments.
- Has a portfolio showcasing previous nail and eyelash work (photo/video).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
