Job Description:
The Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious meals for our guests, primarily focusing on breakfast, light meals, and occasional villa dining requests. The role requires following recipes, maintaining strict hygiene standards, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring all food prepared meets high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Culinary Experience: Proven experience as a Cook or Kitchen staff, preferably in a hotel or villa setting. Must be proficient in preparing a variety of dishes, including Western and Indonesian cuisine.
- Hygiene & Safety: Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures is essential.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly with the Villa Leader and service staff, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Teamwork & Efficiency: Able to work efficiently under pressure, manage kitchen inventory, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Dedication: Trustworthy, reliable, and dedicated to delivering a high-quality dining experience.
