AVANI Seminyak Bali Resort is seeking a qualified, experienced, and passionate Junior Sous Chef. You will support the kitchen management team and assist in leading the culinary staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Able to work in a team.
- Experience in tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and managing food costs.
- HACCP certification is an advantage.
- Available to join immediately.
