Puri Santrian, a modern Balinese 4-star resort strategically positioned on the beach at the tranquil southern end of Sanur, is seeking a results-driven In-house Sales professional to join our team! If you have experience in a similar position in a 4-star resort, possess excellent spoken and written English skills, a well-groomed appearance, and strong interpersonal abilities, we invite you to contribute to our revenue growth by promoting our resort’s offerings directly to our guests.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar position in a 4-star resort.
- Excellent English skills both spoken and written.
- Well-groomed and good personality.
- A strong work ethic, team player and good interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with great time management skills.
Your Role in In-house Sales:
- Actively promoting and selling resort services, packages, and facilities to in-house guests.
- Identifying guest needs and recommending suitable offerings, such as spa treatments, dining experiences, excursions, or room upgrades.
- Building rapport with guests to enhance their stay and encourage repeat visits.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of sold services.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall resort revenue.
- Maintaining knowledge of all resort offerings and local attractions.
