BIA Dental Center is looking for a dynamic and talented candidate for the HR Supervisor position. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or HR Management, with at least 3 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of labor law and HRIS, we encourage you to apply!
Job Description:
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Implement HR strategies aligned with clinic values
- Monitor performance appraisal and training development
- Ensure legal compliance in HR processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or HR Management
- Minimum 3 years HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HRIS
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
