Job Description:
As the HR Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our human resources operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. You will be a vital link in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
What We’re Looking For (General Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Coordinator or a related position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Proven ability in team management, guest service excellence, and daily operations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or English is an advantage.
