Job Description:
The Housekeeping team is essential for maintaining the pristine condition and comfort of Ngetis Villa. The main duties include cleaning and tidying guest rooms and public areas, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all villa areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Hospitality Experience: Proven experience and a strong understanding of villa housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and guest service tasks.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and politely with guests and colleagues, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to Detail: Friendly, helpful, and attentive to cleaning details at all times to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Teamwork: Able to work well with other staff and maintain a positive work environment.
- Dedication: Trustworthy and dedicated to maintaining and upholding high villa cleanliness standards.
