Job Responsibilities:
As a Daily Worker Host/Guest Relations, your key responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming all guests upon arrival and assisting with their needs.
- Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and directing guests to their desired areas.
- Providing accurate information about Omma Day Club’s facilities, services, and special events.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Ensuring all guests have a positive and memorable experience by anticipating their needs.
- Collaborating closely with the F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintaining a pristine and inviting entrance and reception area.
