Head Chef at Need Mie!
Are you a passionate and experienced chef with a love for noodles? Need Mie is looking for a creative and reliable Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help us craft a unique and delicious menu! This is a full-time position for someone ready to make a significant impact.
Job Description As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, from creating original noodle recipes and making noodles from scratch, to ensuring every dish is consistently delicious. You’ll lead and support a small, efficient kitchen team and maintain a clean and well-organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For (Basic Requirements):
- Must have experience in a noodle-focused restaurant (ramen, mie, pho etc.)
- Ability to make noodles from scratch
- Proven ability to create original recipes & help build a unique menu
- Experience in cooking delicious and consistent dishes
- Capable of overseeing a small, efficient kitchen
- Strong leadership skills to lead and support a small team
- Committed to maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace
- Must be reliable, creative, and experienced
