Are you a bright, friendly, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Grand Ixora Kuta Resort, a prominent resort nestled in the heart of Kuta, Bali, is currently seeking a dedicated Daily Worker Guest Service Officer (DW GSO) to join our vibrant Front Office team.
Position: DAILY WORKER GUEST SERVICE OFFICER (DW GSO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival.
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide accurate information about resort facilities and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Operate the Property Management System (PMS) efficiently.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
General Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Good personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Front Office or Guest Service role is preferred.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Familiarity with the Realta Rhapsody system is a significant advantage.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
