Guest Service Assistant
Tejaprana Bisma, a beautiful 3-star property in Ubud, Bali, is currently seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Assistant. If you have experience in this field, a presentable appearance, a proactive approach, and are ready to create memorable experiences for our guests, this is your opportunity!
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
- Relevant education background.
- Good grooming, positive attitude & communication skill.
- Outgoing personality, active and creative.
- Good communication skill (English written & spoken).
- Able to drive and have a driving license (SIM A or C).
- Able to operating VHP system (preferred).
- Able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for:
- Providing a warm welcome and efficient check-in/check-out process.
- Handling guest inquiries and requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions around Ubud.
- Coordinating closely with other departments to ensure guest needs and satisfaction are met.
- Maintaining a tidy and inviting lobby and reception area.
